Responsibilities:
- Create and post short and long-form content for Avantis’ social and community platforms (Twitter, intern Twitter, Discord, etc), from tweets, blog posts, technical threads, strategic announcements, and more.
- Manage day-to-day operations of social and community platforms, including strategizing and coordinating distribution of new content and social listening surrounding Avantis.
- Interact and engage in online conversations with our community on our social channels.
- Ideate and execute growth strategies for our social channels that show understanding of crypto trends and meme culture.
- Adhere to our brand standards, voice, and tone throughout all external communications made on our social and community channels.
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to align internal marketing and branding efforts.
- Be a DeFi native trader / LP (perp DEX experience preferred). We really cannot overstate this - you’ll be joining a team of DeFi nerds, and highly recommend that you can demonstrate knowledge of crypto ecosystems and trending topics
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
- STRONG writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and clear copy
- Familiarity with social media and social marketing platforms and tools
- Ability to work independently and cross-collaboratively across teams
- Organized, proactive, strategic thinker, driven to achieve results
