Who We Are:
Ethena Labs is building the first ETH based delta-neutral stablecoin. Arthur Hayes is a founding advisor and the team has deep experience across traditional finance and crypto engineering from firms such as Cerberus, Wintermute, Aave, Blockdaemon and Kaiko. Backed by the top exchanges and trading entities in the space.
What we are Doing:
We are building derivative infrastructure to enable Ethereum to transform into the Global Internet Bond via delta-neutral derivatives positions, to create the first crypto-native, yield bearing stablecoin: USDe.
We believe creating a stablecoin which is not reliant on existing banking infrastructure is the single most important product in crypto today.
USDe will form the first part of a broader ecosystem of products we are building including money markets, and internal trade matching between product lines.

Who We are Looking For:
- An Individual with operations experience at an exchange, trading firm or similar
- Someone who can identify inefficiencies quickly and implement solutions
- A person who is highly organised and comfortable in a fast paced start up, implementing new processes and procedures where there are currently few
- You'll be driven by the mission of building and impacting a decentralised economy
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine business administration tasks that keep a start up running
- Identify new, and improve our existing, organisational processes. Collaborating across the internal teams
- Find, review and integrate with tech platforms and 3rd party suppliers to improves efficiencies
- Project Manage cross functional business initiatives
- Assist the CEO/Founder with their day to day execution
- Run our financial operations
- Be our lead advocate for collaboration, efficiency and process driven execution
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role environment
- A background in Fintech/Trading/Exchanges/Financial Services or similar
- Experience with financial operations
- Excellent Project Management and organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of the Web3 space
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
$90,000 - $140,000 a year
