Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and culturally attuned Branding and Communications specialist to drive our brand presence across Asia. This role will bridge global strategy with local execution, ensuring our messaging resonates with diverse audiences in retail. The ideal candidate has experience in managing agencies, collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and delivering localized campaigns that accelerate brand growth in strategic markets. A deep understanding of crypto culture and regional dynamics in Asia is essential.
Key Responsibilities

Translation & Localization
Ensure all organizational news, campaigns, and messaging are accurately translated and culturally adapted for local audiences.
Maintain brand integrity and consistency while tailoring communications to resonate with regional markets.

Agency & Partner Management
Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and creative partners to deliver high-quality local campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, and retail/community partners to amplify brand awareness.

Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and oversee localized retail marketing campaigns in key Asian markets.
Collaborate with global teams to align regional initiatives with overall brand strategy.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize for maximum impact.

Market & Community Insights
Conduct regular market research to identify emerging retail, consumer, and crypto adoption trends.
Provide insights and recommendations to shape future campaign strategy.
Engage with crypto-native communities across Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, and local platforms.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in retail, brand, or marketing roles within Asia.
Proven track record managing agencies, influencers/KOLs, and retail campaigns.
Strong understanding of cultural nuances across Asian markets.
Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Asian language.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
