What you’ll do

As a content designer at MetaMask, you'll be part of a tight-knit team working to shape the future of web3 through language and UX. You'll craft in-product content that's not just functional, but also engaging and user-friendly. Working hand-in-hand with our product designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers, your expertise will help make our products more intuitive and enjoyable for our users.

Would be great if you brought this to the role

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• An optimistic outlook about a decentralized future!
• Experience creating user-focused product writing through work in tech, digital agencies, or other relevant product areas.
• A portfolio with examples of previous content design work specifically showing how you improved user experience through language.
• Experience being embedded in a product design team with whom you'll collaborate closely.
• Comfort providing feedback on UI/UX designs, asking thoughtful questions about product strategy, and applying insights from quantitative and qualitative research.
• Experience using design software tools like Figma or Sketch. 
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
• Empathy and self-awareness.
