You’ll support talent and IP research, content creation, and partner-facing presentations, while contributing ideas that strengthen pitches and campaigns and drive partner value.The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and obsessive over the details. This is a full-time internship (part-time possible) based in Los Angeles, with potential to grow into a full-time role. Starting Salary: $25/hour What You’ll Be Doing:

Research celebrity talent, IP, fan engagement, and cultural trends to inform strategies Track talent partner funnel from onboarding through activation and utilization Develop ideas and storylines for how AI companions can be activated and marketed Prepare polished decks, creative briefs, and presentations for partners Produce engaging content with in-house avatar tools (no technical skills required) Edit short-form videos for social media using tools like CapCut or TikTok-native apps Collaborate with XFN teams to execute campaigns and track activations, ensuring AI  companions deliver traction and value once live Use AI tools to streamline research, content creation, and workflows

What You Should Have:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program or recently graduated Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Self-starter with a go-getter mindset; able to work independently Creative thinker with strong awareness of pop culture, entertainment, and digital storytelling Social media savvy with experience editing short-form content Excellent research and presentation skills Interest in AI and enthusiasm for using tools to work more efficiently
