Job Description:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Blockchain/ Crypto Exchange Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will manage and optimize crypto exchange operations, ensuring seamless integration with various blockchain protocols. You will be crucial in enhancing the platform's performance and user experience.

Tasks

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our banking platform.
• Constantly search for new optimization methods for transactions and money flow.
• Ensure the security and integrity of transactions on the exchange.
• Integrate and maintain support for various blockchain protocols.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to optimize trading strategies.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and improvements.
• Provide technical support and expertise to resolve the issues related to the exchange.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology and crypto exchanges.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Blockchain/Crypto Exchange Analyst or similar role (preferably in big crypto exchange or fund).
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain protocols (Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRX, Tron) and Fiat to Crypto processing.
• Strong understanding of crypto trading, liquidity management, and market-making.
• Familiarity with security best practices for crypto exchanges.
• Experience with smart contracts and decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms is a plus.
• Good understanding of Blockchain technology and other technical aspects, how they influence the commercial side.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English.
