As the Growth Campaigns Director for North America you will be a champion for Crypto.com’s product portfolio (exchange, NFTs, cards), with ownership and responsibility over developing offers to drive user acquisition and engagement across the crypto.com ecosystem. You will be partnering with external partners and various cross functional stakeholders on developing and executing compelling offers for Crypto.com to drive acquisition and engagement. We’re looking for someone with excellent cross functional skills and an appetite for getting things done.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute acquisition offers and engagement campaigns for NFTs, the Exchange and Cards, across Crypto.com’s ecosystem.
- Create and manage strategic campaign roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables across functions for out quarter and annual planning
- Ideate and develop offer campaigns across multiple channels (i.e., display, email, social, video, web, etc.) to drive adoption of our platform across North America
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to project manage creative planning/production, design, asset creation, and timelines for Growth campaigns
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on tracking and measurement of growth campaigns, using data, analytics, and customer insights to optimize offer performance across channels.
- Partner with the sponsorships, NFT, enterprise business solutions and marketing teams to maximize user acquisition through our current and future partnerships. This includes the LA Kings, FIFA World Cup, Formula1 and the LA Crypto.com Arena.
- Continuously optimize our acquisition funnel through rigorous experimentation and analysis, to drive more data-driven decisions
- Create and share campaign readouts (key learnings, pipeline impact), with learnings and indicated actions.
- Manage customer lifecycle campaigns for products and services, adapting global campaigns to local North American tentpoles and events.
- 8+ years of experience in content or customer lifecycle marketing role preferably in entertainment, gaming or consumer technology industries
- Proven success working with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve growth and marketing objectives
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Experience in digital advertising and/or digital media planning
- Creative sensibility with a strong eye for visual design
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize campaign performance and KPIs
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing a plus
- Business Development or Partner Management experience is also a plus

- Knowledge of financial systems and services, consumer psychology, consumer goods, cryptocurrencies, Web3 and entertainment are all relevant and advantages.
