PlayСoin, our token, will be a crucial part of this vision, enabling users to earn and transact seamlessly within our platform.
Right now, we're on the lookout for a Marketing Lead who's full of fresh ideas and ready to elevate our product promotion. Our main goal is to launch and promote PlayСoin, scale our user base to 50M users globally.
Your mission? Develop and execute a killer marketing strategy that works hand in hand with our product and sales teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and establishes PlayDeck's position as a leader in the Web3 gaming space.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including Play to Airdrop (P2A), SocialFi initiatives, and Token Generation Events (TGE).
- Community Management: Manage and expand our presence on key social platforms like Telegram, Twitter, and Discord, ensuring active engagement and community growth.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, and engaging posts that resonate with both current users and potential new members of the community.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the unique challenges and opportunities, ensuring efficient and aligned marketing efforts.
- Growth Hacking: Employ innovative growth hacking techniques to rapidly scale the user base and improve key performance metrics.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and key target audiences.
- Brand Enhancement: Craft and communicate a compelling brand story, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels.
- Partnership Development: Create partnerships with gaming developers and explore co-marketing opportunities for PlayCoin integration and distribution.
- Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing efforts to increase our online visibility and engage our target audience. Optimize online platforms to ensure a seamless and informative user experience.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to establish us as a thought leader in the Web3 gaming space.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to the executive team.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Solid Marketing Experience: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably with experience in the gaming or crypto sectors.
- Community Building: Proven skills in building and nurturing online communities, with a network in the Web3 space to leverage industry relationships.
- Adaptable and Hands-On: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willingness to handle day-to-day marketing tasks in addition to strategic planning.
- Big-Picture Thinking: A keen eye for brand strategy and the ability to think strategically about long-term goals and market positioning.
- Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, with expertise in growth hacking strategies and tactics.
- Stellar Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technological concepts to a broad audience.
- Leadership: Experience in team leadership and project management, with demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
- Narrative Skills: Skilled in creating compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Bilingual: Fluency in English and Russian.

- Web3 Experience: In-depth understanding of blockchain mechanics and experience with Web3 marketing.
