Your Role
Join us at the frontier of biotech and web3. BIO Protocol is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth to drive user acquisition, ecosystem expansion, and token volume across our DeSci platform. You’ll lead growth across our launchpad, BioDAO incubator, and AI agent ecosystem - with a strong focus on expansion into Asia-Pacific markets.

What you’ll do:

• Own and execute a global growth strategy with deep APAC market penetration

• Grow platform activity (TVL, volume, active DAOs) through multi-channel campaigns

• Drive launchpad success via pre/post-launch marketing, liquidity, and partnerships

• Build strategic alliances across biotech, DeFi, and Web3 communities

• Represent BIO at global events and build token-gated, Web3-native experiences

• Lead internal AI adoption and growth tooling

• Bridge traditional biotech stakeholders with Web3-native communities

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years in growth/marketing roles, ideally scaling platforms or protocols

• Proven success in Web3, tokenomics, and performance marketing

• Experience in Asia (Singapore, HK, Japan, Korea, or China) is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of biotech, life sciences, or scientific communities

• Team builder with entrepreneurial grit and cultural fluency across regions

Bonus:
Experience in DeSci, launchpads, exchanges, or scientific research communities
