In Bolide we are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager with previous experience in Crypto space to join our amazing team.
This is an on-site position in the center of London.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plan and roadmap
- Work on the brand positioning; devising and implementing the marketing roadmap to increase brand awareness
- Ensure alignment with marketing team and Designers, Copywriters, Product Owner, other third parties
- Regular monitoring, evaluating and reporting on success of marketing campaigns
- Execute the marketing strategy through communication campaigns on multiple channels
- Perform quantitative and qualitative market assessment (competitor analysis, customer segmentation, market trends etc.)
- Oversee the setup and running of affiliate programs
- Develop digital content and engagement strategies
- Evaluate promo techniques and strategies
- Execute and control the marketing budgets
- Achieve TVL and audience engagement KPI
- Growth social media channel
- DAO building, support and management
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience working as a Digital Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive or similar role, in a Fintech/Blockchain industry is a must
- Solid digital marketing experience and knowledge of digital marketing techniques
- Excellent understanding of how Affiliate Marketing fits within the context of the wider online marketing
- Experience measuring key performance metrics, including TVL, website traffic, audience engagement
- Strong understanding of Fintech/Blockchain industry trends and behaviors is a must
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to quickly synthesize information
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, communication, and written skills
- Attention to detail, ability to deliver work under deadlines
- Excellent time management skills, ability to work independently
- Native English, Spanish will be a plus
