Web3 Product Marketing Manager

Palm NFT Studio is revolutionizing the Web3 and NFT industry by evolving the way leading Brands and Creators use NFTs for Storytelling and Community building. Palm NFT Studio is launching innovative and groundbreaking NFT projects on the sustainable and growing Palm Network. .Palm Network is a decentralized, environmentally efficient, scalable and secure NFT blockchain solution deployed as an Ethereum sidechain.

In this role you will lead the Product Marketing initiatives for Palm API, engaging developer communities and CxOs to build awareness, educate, onboard, activate and ultimately drive the adoption and utilization of Palm APIs.

Palm APIs bring a scalable solution for leading brands and global franchises to safely and easily deploy NFT projects on the Palm Network. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager (SaaS) to help us understand the needs of our customers and to help define the roadmap and evangelize the Palm Network and the Palm APIs to thought leaders, executives, and developers around the world. Our ideal candidate will have a history of success in Product Marketing. You should be highly knowledgeable about go-to-market planning as well as have a keen sense for how to drive business impact. Additionally, you thrive in a data-driven culture and use data in your decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to provide insights related to competitor messaging, product positioning, events and local marketing strategy
  • Work closely with Palm API Product leads to define the sales funnel and inform the requirements, pipelines, and roadmap for the Palm API product
  • Create the narrative, marketing strategy and the storytelling around the Palm network, specifically focused on the Palm API suite
  • Define and evolve product positioning, branding and messaging in cooperation with product management, design, data and analytics, marketing, business development and other partners across the organization
  • Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to CxOs, developers, and thought leaders including in-product messaging, website content, landing pages, launch material, emails, training and educational materials
  • Develop and execute adoption and go-to-market plans, including ongoing marketing campaigns, to deliver against outcomes and achieve business goals
  • Define and execute on new product and features launches, including measuring their impact and increasing their adoption.
  • Execute competitive research and develop assessments of the competitive landscape.
  • Work with research and data teams to produce quantitative, qualitative, and insights that influence product strategy and shape external narratives.
  • Create compelling presentations to effectively communicate complex issues to the leadership team and to external stakeholders. Be able to identify ambiguity and work to systematically drive clarity through strategic framing and stakeholder alignment
  • Develop symbiotic marketing programs among Palm API ecosystem players to celebrate partners’ success and enable collaboration and exchange among Palm API ecosystem players

Required skills

  • 4+ years experience in a product marketing role at a tech company, ideally with API-based, and/or developer-focused products
  • Experience with enterprises and institutions as target user segments (designing communications to appeal to executives, thought leaders, and developers across Fortune 5000 companies worldwide)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively to a diverse audience with varying degrees of understanding of technology
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects at once
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with teams to make things happen
  • Strong reputation working with interdisciplinary teams as being innovative, accountable, reliable and able to thrive in a constantly changing environment
  • Biased towards action—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and just get things done
