Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain technology, particularly with Solana, and a passion for social impact. This role involves overseeing all technical aspects of the company, including strategic planning, development, and implementation of innovative blockchain solutions that onboard non-crypto natives and drive social good. Additionally, the CTO will spearhead the development of a self-custodial decentralized AI model, enabling users to own, control, and manage their data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy: Develop and implement the company’s technical vision and strategy in alignment with business goals and social impact objectives.
• Blockchain Development: Oversee the development and deployment of decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.
• System Architecture: Design and manage the architecture of scalable and secure blockchain solutions.
• UI/UX Focus: Ensure that all solutions are user-friendly and accessible to non-crypto natives, prioritizing exceptional UI/UX.
• SocialFi Integration: Develop and integrate SocialFi elements to enhance community engagement and provide rewards for real-world actions.
• AI Development: Lead the development of a self-custodial decentralized AI model to enable users to own, control, and manage their data.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the blockchain and AI space to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners, stakeholders, and the broader Solana community to drive strategic initiatives and partnerships.
• Compliance: Ensure that all blockchain and AI solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with blockchain and AI development and implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles.

• Proven track record of developing and deploying blockchain solutions, preferably on the Solana blockchain.
• Extensive experience with smart contract development and dApp deployment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in blockchain technologies, particularly Solana, and its associated programming languages (e.g., Rust, C, C++).
• Strong understanding of consensus algorithms, cryptographic principles, and decentralized networks.
• Experience with AI development, particularly in creating self-custodial models for data management.
• Experience with cloud computing, distributed systems, and cybersecurity best practices.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate technical teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• UI/UX Focus:
• Experience in designing user-friendly interfaces that cater to non-crypto natives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-On Coding: Willing to 'get hands dirty' and code as needed.
• Digital ID Knowledge: Knowledge of Digital ID systems and their integration with blockchain technology.
• Community Contributions: Actively contributing to the advancement of the Solana community with code and/or contributions.
• Social Presence: Maintains a presence on social media and actively engages with the blockchain community.
• Experience with other blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot, Binance Smart Chain) is a plus.
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
• Knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, and other blockchain-based applications.
• Experience with SocialFi and community-driven reward systems.
