Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within set timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
- Use agile project management methodologies to facilitate adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continual improvement.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Engage with stakeholders and partners to define project scopes, objectives, and ensure resource availability and allocation
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to make decisions independently, add initiative, launch new projects.
- Experience in developing technical specifications and product requirements.
- Understanding of the web service development process and experience with technologies such as APIs.
- Ability to work with analytics systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Would be a plus:
- A track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion within the Fintech industries.
- Experience in DeFi and Blockchain technologies.
