>Drive the product strategy and roadmap for Lit Protocol's suite of products, working in close collaboration with key stakeholders within the organization.

>Synthesize insights from customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis into actionable strategies to enhance product development and positioning.

>Collaborate with the engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure delivery of high-quality products within defined timelines.

>Define, monitor, and analyze product metrics, turning insights into actionable enhancements.

>Establish go-to-market strategies and collaborate product positioning and promotion.

>Ensure alignment with industry standards.

>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

>Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology product management, ideally within the blockchain sector.

>Demonstrated understanding of blockchain technology, cryptography, and distributed systems.

>Advanced degree in a relevant field.

>Experience working at early stage start ups.

>Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.

>Deep analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable product strategies.

>Familiarity with user-centered design principles and UX best practices.

At Lit Protocol, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range of $144,500 - $230,000 /year, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Lit Protocol is distributed network for key management and serverless compute in order to add more interoperability, utility, and useably to blockchains and storage networks, the developers building on these systems, and their end users. The teams in the Lit ecosystem are working across blockchain and storage networks, wallets, gaming, web3 social, DeFi, bridges, DAOs, verifiable credentials, provenance, and more.

As an Product Manager, you'll be working with team of 16 motivated and talented builders to create products that serve the developers and and users of the next internet with a focus on refining the SDK (developer.litprotocol.com) and leading the implementation for a number of embeddable UI elements related to wallet onboarding and useage.
