Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Crystal team. Reporting to the Design Leader, the successful candidate will design complex marketing materials, therefore prior relevant experience is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop all necessary graphic materials (presentations, illustrations, banners, infographics, multi-page materials, illustrations) for various communication channels — websites, landing pages, social networks, email campaigns, etc.;
- Work together with strong design and development team members to create visuals for Crystal;
- Support the visual identity of our company and digital products;
- Support and extend existing product >
Requirements:
- Skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Zeplin;
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design;
- Having a portfolio is a must (Behance, Dribbble, or similar);
- Being versatile in design >
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality graphics;
- Good time-management skills;
- Effective communication skills;
- At least Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.
Will be aplus:
- Experience in Web Design;
- Experience in motion graphics (After Effects would be a plus);
- Experience working with marketing graphics and ability to follow brand guidelines;
- Illustration skills.
