Responsibilities

• Lead Growth campaigns for the LATAM region, ensuring optimized contributions to market volume and new user acquisition.
• Plan and implement go-to-market strategies for newly launched channels or features within LATAM.
• Coordinate and support global branding initiatives, including KOL, affiliate marketing, and community promotions.
• Oversee global content and social media strategies
• Develop strategies to increase awareness of Business line products, such as optimizing product entrances.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships or Community Marketing role, growing LATAM region specifically. 
• Passion for crypto/blockchain and in-depth knowledge of the local blockchain community.
• Experience in maintaining local social media and community channels, including driving channel growth, creating engaging content, data analysis and community moderation.
• Experience managing influencers, KOLs.
• High sense of ownership, self-driven and innovative thinking.
• Effective sales and negotiation skills.
• Driven and results-orientated.
