Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Cash Logistics Specialistthat will ensure that armored services for both cash pickups and loads are performed in accordance with the contractual schedule with the armored carrier. Continually review and assess armored performance for cash flow optimization through management of pick up frequencies and service provider performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reviews of the service performance as provided by armored for eachindividual ATM following up as needed with the armored carrier when cash is not pickedup or loaded in the ATM.
• Address outstanding cash that is not reconciled / verified with the bank according to company standard operating procedures.
• Review ATM performance to increase cash flow or reduce service costs by increasing ordecreasing service needs as needed.
• Provide support to armored carriers while on site to make sure that guards are able to service the ATMs (key inventory management or Kaba Mas lock support, etc.)
• Complete and request service quotes from armored carriers for new ATM installations or as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of armored and/or cash vault experience, three plus years is preferred.
• Intermediate to SME level knowledge in Kaba Mas locks.
• Intermediate level or higher knowledge and understanding of using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and shift priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Strong, professional communications skills both orally and written.
• A basic understanding of cryptocurrency.
