Your mission:

As our Treasury Senior Associate, your mission is to play a pivotal role in our expanding Treasury operations by leveraging your expertise in Asset and Liabilities Management (ALM) and Cash Management. Through your dedication and analytical acumen, you will contribute to the seamless execution of our daily reconciliation processes and support the overall growth and success of our organisation.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate directly with the Asset and Liability Management (ALM) team, executing precise reconciliation of intricate ALM positions.
• Provide integral support for the day-to-day operations encompassing the management and analysis of our crypto wallets.
• Enhance decision-making processes by contributing to the development of comprehensive weekly/monthly Treasury reports and ALCO (Asset Liability Committee) presentations.
• Facilitate Cash Management and Short-Term Liquidity functions through meticulous assistance, bolstering financial stability.
• Foster strategic balance sheet management by offering strategic insights, recommendations, and process enhancements to optimise current methodologies.

Who you are:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Treasury or a related field.
• Display a comprehensive understanding of Financial Markets, Crypto, and various investment instruments, showcasing your aptitude for navigating complex financial landscapes.
• Exhibit the capability to work autonomously, showcasing exceptional analytical prowess, effective problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills that enable seamless collaboration.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, which are vital for conveying intricate financial concepts clearly and succinctly.
• Additional qualifications such as Treasury Certification and proficiency in SQL and R programming languages are advantageous.
