Responsibilities
Trade Monitoring
- Monitor trading algorithms and trading systems for profitability and uptime and respond to any disruptions or unexpected trading patterns
- Optimize algorithmic trading parameters to improve PnL and capital efficiency
- Monitor inventory across trading venues and ensure periodic asset transfers
Trade Reconciliation
- Coordinate with accounting and operations teams to identify and hedge any trading breaks or unexpected risk exposures
Trade Analytics / Reporting
- Provide client facing teams with appropriate trading metrics on a periodic basis using internal tools
- Perform analysis on the trade data to identify issues and potential opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 - 3 years of experience in trade operations or trading desk support roles
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel and basic data analysis
- Familiarity with any dashboarding tools - Mode/ Sigma/ Tableau/ Grafana
- Strong attention to detail and process oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Open to working in shifts with a globally dispersed team
- Optional : Prior Python experience will be beneficial
