Overview
Our client is a leading digital asset financial services platform in Asia, managing over $10 billion. It offers a diverse range of innovative crypto investment products and services to both institutional and retail customers. The rapidly growing team is dedicated to making cryptocurrency accessible for everyone.
What You Will Do
- Develop and architect essential infrastructure within cloud-based or collocated environments.
- Design and construct networking and communication infrastructure
- Set up, evaluate, and roll out infrastructure in the cloud or collocated settings, specifically Amazon EC2 instances running Linux on AWS
- Perform system performance evaluations and fine-tune the platform to guarantee minimal latency and disruptions when processing market data
- Create automation solutions needed for deployment, monitoring, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the software team to understand system requirements and provide the most effective configurations.
- Supervise and resolve any performance or network disruptions during the early phase of production deployment.
What You Will Need
- Degree in computer science or a related discipline such as mathematics, physics, engineering
- Proficiency in all areas of DevOps, both cloud and on-premises
- Knowledge and experience with cloud technologies, specifically AWS and AliCloud
- High-level expertise in Linux, Linux distributions, and system optimization
- Robust experience with network configurations, scripting languages and automation tools like Ansible
- Familiarity with Python and Go is favorable
- Knowledge of trading and trade execution, AND cryptocurrencies and exchange-traded products and markets, such as spot, futures, and options
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
