The Role

We’re hiring a Partner Manager to own post-close execution for strategic partnerships across sports, media, and entertainment.

You’ll take important deals from contract to impact, launching campaigns, events, and data integrations that drive measurable growth. You’ll manage partner relationships and turn ideas into user growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

We can’t drop the ball with our partners! You’ll think like a marketer, operate like a project manager, and negotiate like a business developer, all while ensuring every partner sees Polymarket as the best collaborator.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead post-close execution for Polymarket partnerships from kickoff through launch and ongoing growth.

  • Build activation plans and coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and design.

  • Develop creative campaigns, content, and events that drive engagement and measurable results.

  • Manage ongoing partner relationships, performance tracking, and reporting.

  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand and optimize partnerships.

  • Ensure every activation delivers measurable ROI and strategic impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in partnerships, marketing, account management, or brand activations.

  • Proven experience managing post-sale or sponsorship activations end-to-end.

  • Strong commercial instincts — understands ROI and how to grow partner value.

  • Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills.

  • Creative and analytical thinker who thrives in fast-moving environments.

  • Bonus: experience in sports, media, fintech, or events.
