We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong technical background and a proven track record in user experiences in the Web3 space.

This is a hands-on role for a strategic thinker and autonomous leader with a track record of delivering products and experiences in Web3.

As the Product Manager, you will own a feature vertical on top of our key management solution (Web3 wallets) and will be accountable for its key performance metrics.

You will guide and refine the product discovery phase through market research, user interviews, and competitor analysis. You will produce wireframes and specifications to guide product designers and owners through delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Own a product domain within Web3, setting goals and initiatives that impact product growth, efficiency, stability, and user experience.
• Lead a team of product owners, designers, researchers and engineers from discovery and concept to launch, including setting and observing metrics, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring successful feature rollouts.
• Gather feedback on our existing and new solutions from our customer facing functions at Qredo and directly from customers, prospects and your own research.
• Define product success metrics and clarify requirements with the execution team.

Requirements

• 2/4+ years of experience in a Product Management role, ideally in a wallet, exchange, existing L2 or similar.
• Proven track record of delivering successful B2B products, from concept to launch.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously in a cross-functional team.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to prioritize based on measured impact.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and no ambiguity when describing use cases and features.
• A keen sense of user experience and a need to continuously simplify complicated subjects.
• Experience in the blockchain ecosystem, understanding the competitive landscape and what is required for sustained results.
• Business and commercial savvy with a strength in developing revenue and product opportunities.
