What You’ll Be Doing

You will drive the technical responsibilities for PINTU’s platform features. Using your technical knowledge and passion for building features from scratch, you will team up with our top product managers and software engineers to build the most secure and reliable blockchain-based investment platform for new investors in South East Asia.

In this role, you will

• Create & maintain robust and scalable User Services, Marketing, and Customer Experience Platforms & Toolings to support all Pintu products
• Shape and oversee the strategy, operations, and technical vision of the Platform Product line
• Grow a highly effective and efficient team of Product Managers to build a robust, scalable, and well-architected platform
• Ensure product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and product documentations (PRDs, functional specs, logic flows, etc.) for entire Platform products are clear and well-documented
• Manage stakeholders across functions/departments and coordinate actively to ensure timely product development progress

Who are we looking for

• Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager handling Platform-type products
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading and growing product managers
• Strong understanding of user-related services (login, security/2FA, messaging, etc.)
• Strong understanding of software engineering/systems design (ex: what services/components should be generalized vs. customizable)
• High degree of initiative to work collaboratively both within the Product department and also cross-department.
• Familiarity with lean and agile models and ability to adapt processes as needed for a remote team
• Prior experience working in the fintech or crypto industry is a plus.
