Position Summary

Hex Trust is looking to bring on a highly motivated operations expert with experience in crypto traditional finance operations and middle office functions, who is eager to transition and expand their expertise within the fast-paced and evolving cryptocurrency brokerage sector. The role demands a candidate who can merge conventional financial operations knowledge with the nuances of the crypto market, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transaction processing, reconciliation, and settlement for both crypto and traditional financial instruments.
• Facilitate the smooth transition of clients from traditional finance to crypto asset trading with comprehensive operational support.
• Engage in client onboarding, conduct thorough KYC and AML due diligence in compliance with crypto-specific regulatory standards.
• Handle client queries and resolve account issues, drawing on experience from traditional finance customer service.
• Work closely with compliance to adapt and enforce traditional financial regulations within the crypto trading framework.
• Update and maintain operational procedures and documentation, incorporating best practices from traditional finance.
• Liaise with external partners, including banks and financial institutions, to ensure seamless integration of services.
• Participate in projects to improve operational efficiency and the client experience, leveraging knowledge from a traditional finance background.
