Responsibilities:
- HR data entry in accordance with guidelines
- Communicate with HR Service Delivery team to retrieve supporting documents to ensure maintenance of Google Sheet
- Transfer of HR data within sheets/documents from Google Drive
- Verify accuracy of HR reports/other given tasks before each submission
Requirements:
- Strong willingness to learn
- Data-driven & Meticulous
- Flexible working arrangements (may be requested to come to office occasionally)
- Experienced in excel (i.e. understand vlookup/pivot table functions)
- 3 months full-time commitment
