LATOKEN is a top 30 crypto exchange according to CoinGecko, leading in memes and airdrops with our Memepad platform. Recognized by Forbes among the top 30 companies for remote work, we are scaling our marketing efforts and opening a CEO office in Dubai amid the crypto cycle. We are seeking three Marketing Managers, each focused on amplifying our exchange clients' growth activities through one of the following channels: Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing & PR, and Influencer Marketing.
Note: This role requires presence in the CEO's office space in Dubai Marina (JBR) and entails 70+ hours per week of dedicated hard during the rising crypto cycle with corresponding bonuses.

Role Overview

Each Marketing Manager will specialize in one channel and work closely with our clients to attract traders and tokens to our platform. You will coordinate seamlessly with tokens' marketing teams and enhance campaigns with paid ads to engage token communities in our airdrops and bounty campaigns. Utilizing your channel expertise, you will make our Memepad brand top-of-mind in any conversation about memes, positioning LATOKEN as the premier platform to discover or launch memes for mainstream CEX enthusiasts.

Specializations:

1. Performance Marketing Manager: Raise brand awareness and generate targeted traffic across platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, AdGram, and CPA networks optimized by paid actions.
2. Social Media Marketing & PR Manager: Ensure 100,000+ views for each of 5-7 daily posts across social media platforms, developing airdrop tasks to encourage sharing and increase engagement.
3. Influencer Marketing Manager: Build a list of influencers ranked by price-to-referral efficiency, and create processes to deliver content to listing clients to maximize influencer impact.

• 2+ years of owning one of the above channels in a tier-1 marketing firm with proven impactful campaigns.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking, target-driven environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Diligent and hardworking with a high level of integrity and accountability for results.
• Proficiency with no-code tools like Zapier and GPT is a plus.
• Crypto Experience: Beneficial but not mandatory; we value integrity and a results-driven culture over specific expertise.
