The primary responsibility of the HR Project Consultant is to oversee and execute key HR projects related to the Web-3 HR system and its implementation. The role also involves providing support to the People Lead in executing essential people programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of web-3 specific HR systems and HR vendors, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
- Provide crucial support to the People Lead in executing HR programs and managing employee relations cases.
- Act as a key liaison between external HR partners/vendors and the entire operations team, including Legal, People, Recruiting, and Finance, and ensure effective communication of project updates and milestones, as well as thorough documentation of project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
- Stay informed about HR best practices in web-3, contributing insights and expertise to drive innovation within the People function.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, specifically within the web-3 HR domain. Experience with HR system implementation projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred in order to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
