Key Responsibilities
- Product Design & Iteration
- Design institutional account on-boarding solutions, including multi-tier KYC/KYB verification, corporate structure mapping, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Build enterprise-grade fund flow systems: Integrate banking networks and payment service providers (PSPs) to support bulk deposits/withdrawals.
- Develop multi-chain deposit addresses, automated balance aggregation, and transfer workflows.
- Design account permission management systems (e.g., transaction limits, IP whitelisting, multi-signature authorization).
- Market Analysis & Strategy Development
- Monitor product developments of leading trading institutions (e.g., Coinbase, Kraken, Robinhood), analyze business models, and formulate differentiated competitive strategies.
- Risk Control & Compliance
- Customize transaction monitoring solutions for institutional fund flow models to meet regulatory requirements.
- Design audit and compliance monitoring systems for enterprise accounts, supporting customization reporting.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with compliance teams to optimize automation of AML watch-list screening and risk scoring.
- Work with wallet teams to design cold wallet integration solutions and transaction signing workflows.
- Support business teams in tailoring onboarding processes for brokers and liquidity providers.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related fields.
- Work Experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B financial product management.
- Proven track record in building institutional-facing systems for financial organizations.
- Familiarity with large-scale system architecture design and end-to-end exchange operations.
- Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of compliance regulations for financial institutions.
- Expertise in institutional fund flow systems.
- Knowledge of crypto asset custody solutions.
