We’re hiring a Principal Product Manager - KAST Pay to own our core banking and payments platform. This is the product that makes deposits seamless, payouts instant, and transfers magical.

Your mission: build a world-class stablecoin banking core – integrating custody, ledgers, and reconciliation – and pair it with payments infrastructure that handles deposits, payouts, and peer-to-peer transfers across fiat and crypto rails.

At KAST, ideas are worth zero. Execution at ridiculous speed is everything. You’ll be expected to ship relentlessly, overcommunicate progress, and make the complex (custody, ledgers, reconciliation) stupid simple.

• Core Banking
  
  • Own the customer ledger, points ledger, and financial accounts.
  • Manage integrations with crypto custody providers and treasury systems.
  • Deliver financial accounting, business reporting, and reconciliations that scale globally.
  • Manage user accounts, MFA, account status machine, and customer lifecycle.
• Payments (Receive & Send)
  
  • Crypto deposits: accept stablecoin and digital asset deposits across all relevant chains reliably.
  • Crypto payouts: conduct stablecoin and digital asset payouts across all relevant chains reliably.
  • Fiat payments: integrate PSPs, banks, and real-time payment networks to support on/off ramps.
  • Internal book transfers: make peer-to-peer transfers instant, simple, and delightful.
• Define and own the KAST Pay product roadmap - custody, ledgers, deposits, payouts, transfers.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Ops, and Compliance to deliver systems that are audit-ready, reliable, and ridiculously fast.
• Set and track KPIs: deposit/payout success rates, reconciliation accuracy, ledger variance, transaction approval rates, customer NPS.

• 10-12+ years in product management, with 5+ years in payments, core banking, or custody.
• Deep knowledge of crypto custody, ledgers, reconciliations, and payments (crypto and fiat).
• Track record building mission-critical financial systems that scale globally.
• Experience with stablecoin or digital asset flows (deposits, payouts, transfers).
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you simplify complexity, move with speed, and build like a founder.
