Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities across different channels in APAC and maintain relationships with clients.
- Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
- Create and execute localised strategies to aid in the adoption of crypto-based ecosystemIncrease operational efficiency throughout the business development organization.
- Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and markets.
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of proven success in a Business Development position ideally from sizable payment companies.
- Proven track record in driving growth of a business.
- Strong in strategic thinking, project management skills.
- Effective communicator able to represent Binance to external stakeholders and liaise with internal teams such as legal, compliance, AML, etc.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to drive agendas and execute with minimal guidance or supervision.
- Passion for crypto and digital assets.
- Proficiency in Chinese would be a strong advantage.
