About this role:

As the Graphic Designer you will be responsible for designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. This is a hybrid position based out of our Austin office and will need to travel to our Rockdale, TX location 2 days a week on a weekly basis. Additional travel to company sponsored events may also be required as needed. Essential Functions:

• Take ideas from concept to implementation, using your ability to brainstorm, develop concepts, and captivate audiences.
• Partners with Marketing and Media teams and internal partners to understand project objectives and translate them into creative deliverables.
• Provides recommendations on how to design materials to effectively meet strategic goals.
• Ensures brand consistency across the enterprise.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• You have a passion for creativity, an eye for aesthetics, and familiarity with typography, color theory, and other fundamental graphic design concepts.
• Exceptional design skills and experience using various tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to independently conceive, design, lay out, and coordinate creative projects under the direction of the team leader.
• Must be organized, deadline-oriented and an effective verbal/written/visual communicator.

Education and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design required.
• Degree in graphic design, digital design, visual communication, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
