Spatial Studios, Looking for a Resourceful Director in the NFT Space

Spatial Studios, an NFT launch agency for major brands, is looking for a focused and resourceful operator that can manage NFT launches for multiple big brand accounts from strategy to sell out mint.

You will to coordinate between our team of strategists and leading executives from major brands / companies. We will empower you to own the direction and strategy of multiple NFT projects for major brand names.

You will hire a team to deliver on roadmap, community, and execution. Ideally, you have previously led a successful NFT project. We would love to hear that you have grown an NFT community and project from start to sell out.

What you will do at Spatial Studios

• Manage Spatial projects, including the management of deliverables and employees within each project.
• Ensure strategy and deliverables are executed before or on deadlines.
• Create weekly status reports of all projects. Create and manage a scrum process to drive and track all employees.
• Keep up with current market threads of the NFT space.
• Create, improve, and enforce systems and processes within the organization.
• Work cross-functionally and communicate between clients, engineering, product, design, marketing, community, and legal.
• Set priorities and deadlines for your business unit, ensuring timely shipment of products and feature sets, and course-correct timelines ad hoc when necessary to optimally position the business.
• Develop KPIs as they relate to success metrics of each project and the bottom line of the business.
• Develop innovative strategies and optimize processes, leading and scaling cross-functional teams to maximize growth against overarching business goals

What you bring to Spatial Studios

• Love for the NFT ecosystem.
• Working relationships with multiple NFT project founders or leaders.
• Previous success leading an NFT launch from ideation to completion.
• 5+ years of high-growth operations experience at scaling consumer or platform software business.
• Exceptional skill of driving insights from data to form strategic decisions.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with team members to ensure all work product shipped by the business unit is consistent with Spatial’s overarching business goals.
