The Challenge

Finance is a backbone of Change that supports the growth of the company. We own Change sustainable financials and Change financial sustainability. 

The team drives group accounting, dealing, treasury, financial planning and analysis processes to plan, measure and execute the growth. We ensure that we grow in a financially scalable and sustainable way through robust liquidity, capital management and budgeting. Control mindset is in our veins as we are accountable for financial and management reporting across the board. All these components together allow us to provide trust to our customers, regulators, tax and other authorities, auditors, investors and markets into Change business and Change financials. Group Accounting is an integral part of Finance and is a source of truth about Change financials. We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to assist with various accounting activities and support the international expansion of Change in the coming years.
