  • Accommodate information requests from multiple jurisdictions in multiple languages.
  • Set up and maintain a secure data room with rigorous attention to permissions and access controls for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead a cross functional working group and provide operational support to an executive committee who will ensure the policy evolves with the business and is implemented to drive business outcomes and manage company risk.
  • Keep all documentation up to date working with stakeholders across the company as well as outside counsel, when required.
  • Adjudicate additional requests for sharing documentation or information that fall outside the policy.
  • Track and periodically report on relevant metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and partnership skills.
  • Data driven and customer centric approach to decision making and making process improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects, and scaling processes and systems, specifically around documentation and confidentiality.
  • Experience negotiating legal documents is helpful, but not required.
