Qualifications:
1.** Experience in leading a team of developers.**

1. You have some experience as a full stack web/mobile developer, working across the stack from the database to the UI.
2. You have a deep understanding of the following technologies: Javascript, Node, React, GraphQL, SQL, Mongo, React, Angular. You can also prepare excellent UIs if needed and prepare fast-performing highly scalable solutions.
3. You have working knowledge of the following: GitHub, CircleCi, Confluence, Jira, ElasticSearch, D3. You also understand devops, CI/CD, kubernetes, devops and serverless programming.
4. Knowledge of Enterprise Blockchains(like Ethereum, Hyperldger, Corda), Cryptocurrency.
5. You can break down tricky topics in writing and in person. You document every product like a pro.
6. You get a lot done quickly, and can translate your skills into new processes that your team will follow. You can work Independently in agile methodology.
