Duties and Responsibilities
-Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
-Preparing financial statements and reports in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
-Assisting with the preparation of SEC filings, such as quarterly and annual reports (10-Q and 10-K).
-Participating in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
-Conducting internal audits and assisting with external audits.
-Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of internal controls.
-Analyzing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making.
-Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.
-Performing variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies.
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
-Supporting the preparation of tax returns and assisting with tax compliance.
-Assisting with ad hoc financial projects and analysis as needed.
-Assist with other accounting projects as needed
Basic Qualifications
-Detail oriented with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
-Task oriented, results driven, and capable of multi-tasking
-Efficiently manages time and resources to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner.
-Professional verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to work overtime as required
Desired Skills
-Experience withNetsuite or equivalent software highly desired
-Interest and/or enthusiasm for bitcoin or cryptocurrency
-Problem Solving Mindset

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
-Bachelor’s degree, Accounting
