Are you an enthusiastic Product Designer with a passion for delivering innovative solutions? We are currently seeking a dynamic Product Designer, Core, that can design and deliver end-to-end experiences that are simple, yet elegant. As a member of the Ava Labs Product Design team, you will contribute and impact our product design initiatives especially as it relates to our suite of Core Products (see descriptions below). This role offers the exciting opportunity to delve into user behavior research, tackle complex design challenges, and contribute to the overall success of Ava Labs as a Product Designer. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the design of products within the Core Suite (ex. Extension, Mobile, Web, Explorer)
- Leverage Product, Engineering, and Design teams to build compelling user experiences
- Research user behaviors/insights, define problems, launch new products/features andinnovative solutions
- Provide rapid prototyping
- Assist with designing end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant
- Collaborate with peer designers to conceive new/innovative design directions
- Organize and coordinate useful product testing programs for all stakeholders
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Passion for finding simple solutions to complex problems
- Understanding of UX patterns, best practices, and design standards for iOS, Android, and Web
- Pixel-perfect design skills and high attention to detail
- Strong Figma skills
- Positive energy, low ego with a collaborative and open-minded attitude
- Desire to continually improve yourself and the team as designers
- A strong portfolio that represents your full design process
- Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies
- Experience interacting with cryptocurrencies on-chain
- Illustration skills are a plus
- Motion design skills are a plus
- Bonus points if you have experience with basic front-end development
Salary Range: $100,800 to $126,000
(**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
