Social Media Producer

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Social Media Producer is responsible for developing and executing rich social media campaigns for our games and platform. They should be a social media genius, passionate about growing communities and building brands. They should have a passion for Web3, and speak to users in their language. They should be a great collaborator within an international, fully remote company, and think both strategically as well as championing a fun, unique voice in a crowded marketplace.

Your responsibilities

• Develop, create, and execute an engaging, smart, and fun social media strategy across all platforms
• Drive followers & meaningful engagement across all social platforms
• Help craft a unique voice for all social platforms
• Grow Web3 users & engage in their language
• Build and evolve Discord community with highly engaging content
• Brainstorm unique visuals for games & posts
• Plan ahead - provide clear asset requirements to creatives
• Coordinate & manage all external partners approval on posts
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, and competitor social media practices
• Tackle new social platforms if deemed worthwhile
• Know & learn all the specifics of Web3 as it evolves

Your profile

• 2+ years of social media experience in gaming with deep knowledge of mobile Free to Play
• Experience and/high level of interest in Web3/Crypto, desire to become an expert
• Lives deep in gaming culture, plays lots of games
• Passionate about entertainment, pop culture and trends
• Experience with Twitter, Discord, Instagram, and Medium platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in campaign planning, development, and execution
• Experience growing users across multiple social platforms
• Experience driving business results and building brand awareness
• Infectious drive and “getting things done” mentality
• Ability to learn fast, and adapt in a high-growth environment
• Hyper-communicative, and effective working across many teams and departments
• Comfortable working with a global workforce
• Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and comfortable juggling many things at once
• Strong project management skills with strong interpersonal skills.
