Metaplex has experienced massive growth in less than a year since launch, with over 10 million NFTs created, facilitating over $2 billion in commerce. We have an open position for an experienced Executive Assistant to join us and support our executive team. This role will report directly to both CFO & CTO, and will shape the future of Metaplex, and Solana NFTs. Significant previous management support experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
