  • We are looking for a Director of Business Development to join Kyro and work with its Founders. You will have the opportunity to grow, manage, and drive engagement with existing partners and create strategic roadmaps for new partnerships (protocols, developers, IP owners). To be an ideal candidate, you should have a thorough understanding of today’s Web3 and crypto business and the open mind of an ever-evolving landscape.
  • This business development function is not just about making deals but building new business models that the world has never seen before.
Responsibilities
  • Work with and foster relationships with existing partners to identify new opportunities within their specific ecosystem (B2B2C)
  • Leverage your network, or find a way to build a new network, to prospect and close potential partners looking to use Kyro suite of products: builders, utility applications, payment services and fintech APIs
  • Attend industry events around the world
  • Build client and partner relationships across the blockchain, fintech and digital asset industries to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships
  • Define viable commercial models and deal constructs for clients and partners
  • Support and inform product strategy and development by working with clients and partners to understand needs and validate solution concepts
  • Be a leader, grow a team
  • Manage and build your own team over time
