Responsibilities
- Design and develop protocols and high-quality, secure smart contracts.
- Develop and deploy blockchain solutions, ensuring security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with DApp front-end engineers or other team members to deliver integrated and efficient solutions.
- Create technical documentation for blockchain solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Candidates without a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field must have an exceptional work history, including notable hackathon achievements or significant development experience.
- 1+ years of proven experience in developing and deploying smart contracts on Ethereum or EVM-compatible chains.
- Familiarity with smart contract development and the Foundry toolkit.
- Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols such as Uniswap, Aave, Compound, and others.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- Startup or founding experience within a high-performance engineering environment.
- Proficiency in languages such as Rust, FunC and Javascript, or those used in Solana, TON, or other non-EVM projects.
- Active participation in blockchain and DeFi communities.
- Relevant hackathon awards or recognitions.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
