As a Director of Technology, we are looking for someone to manage the technological necessities of PicoLink
- Find Talent to expand the development team
- Work with engineers and designers to deliver a high-quality product experience that users love
- Develop familiarity with Web3 security, vulnerability disclosure, bug bounties, hacker community and culture, vulnerability management, and other domain areas
- Define and execute the product roadmap for your domain, in alignment with the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Understand the competitive landscape to identify market trends, key underserved customer needs, and new opportunities
- Experienced in Full-stack and blockchain(Back-End Development)
5+ years of experience highly recommended
