Your Role
Your mission is to implement our upcoming roadmap features in the area of Institutional Cryptocurrency Trading, DeFI, Portfolio Management and Metrics Collection as part of our backend development team.
What You'll Do
- Extend and maintain our Python-based microservices architecture
- Build clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability
- Create SDKs and integration packages for client use
- Help set up bespoke hosting setups and deployment environments
- Collaborate with clients to tailor infrastructure solutions to their needs
- Review code and contribute to internal best practices
- Write automation scripts to improve ops and deployments
Our Tech Stack
- Languages: Python (core), C++ bonus for Rust, Go
- Frameworks/Tools: Flask, Web3.py
- Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Infra: Docker, AWS
- Other: Git, CI/CD, Linux-based development
What Weâre Looking For
- 3+ years of professional Python development experience
- Solid understanding of building and shipping production-grade systems
- Familiarity with writing tests and working in CI environments
- Fluent in English and able to communicate proactively
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Bonus:
- Experience in blockchain development or on-chain trading (e.g. arbitrage, liquidity provision)
- Familiarity with Stellar or EVM transaction building and optimization (e.g. gas, nonce management)
- Familiarity with Soroban Smart Contracts
- Client-facing experience
