What we're looking for

Our team is seeking a talented and experienced web3 Events Manager to organize and plan various live and virtual events for Supra, including conference side events, hackathons, summits, builder houses, mixers, and networking events. You’ll apply knowledge of event marketing strategies and organizational skills to increase Supra’s brand visibility and engagement and advance company objectives. You’ll establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, prospective leads, vendors, and stakeholders. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evangelize Supra's vision, products, and services across the blockchain industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to map out Supra’s events pipeline while aligning on Supra’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external suppliers, vendors, and partners to support event activities.
  • Maintain ongoing internal and external communication related to event activities.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing departments to develop effective marketing materials tailored for each event, such as infographics, pitch decks, banners, and branded merchandise.
  • Promote and drive attendance for Supra events.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including public relations, speaking engagements, sponsorships, logistics, and promotional materials
  • Conduct post-event analysis and share data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, vendors, sponsors, partners, and stakeholders, acting as a representative of our organization
  • Seek opportunities to increase brand exposure and awareness through securing speaker opportunities for Supra team members

The ideal candidate for us has:

  • 1+ years experience in the Web3 industry
  • Prior experience in event management, marketing, or project management within the tech industry
  • Proven experience in planning and executing virtual and in-person events, including hackathons, builder houses, and networking events,
  • Willingness to travel globally
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
  • Strategic insights into aligning a company's marketing and business strategy with event exposure to optimize visibility, impact, and outcomes
  • Understanding how to work with video production or the ability to manage a video production team effectively
