Role summary:
As we expand into new verticals and regions, we’re looking for a creative and technical DeFi Copywriter to join our team. Learn more about our mission and the passionate individuals behind it here.
Responsibilities:
- Unpack complex stablecoin and DeFi concepts with engaging storytelling. Craft clear, concise language that breaks down intricate technical details, while weaving in insightful analysis to leave readers informed, inspired, and eager to learn more.
- Collaborate with the Ecosystem Growth, Product & Engineering teams to produce materials that support community education and engagement as well as brand visibility.
- Analyze and report on the impact of content initiatives, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Strong administrative skills and/or experience in project management will be highly valued. Candidates with the ability to organize, prioritize, and oversee multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality control, will thrive in this role.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting or content creation, with a strong portfolio in DeFi or Fintech.
- Deep understanding of DeFi, blockchain technologies, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
- Ability to articulate how RTokens work, contrast them with other types of stablecoins and to connect them to broader metaphors to increase accessibility.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Experience with SEO best practices and content analytics tools.
- Ability to work flexibly within the North American time zone schedule, with a location-flexible policy.
Nice to Have:
- Active participation in DeFi using at least two or more of the following primitives: DEX, lending, leverage, minting, auto-compounders, and bridging.
- Background in creating educational content or programs within the blockchain or fintech sectors.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring and explaining advanced DeFi mechanisms, governance models, and economic principles.
