Director of Marketing / Marketing Lead

(This is a full-time, fully remote position.)

We are looking for a Director of Marketing / Marketing Lead to join our leadership team and work closely with our CEO/Founder and all other departments across the Company. Must have previous NFT and/or DeFi experience with exposure to fast-paced, high-functioning environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage company marketing narrative and craft strategies for the Marketing team
• Review current marketing trends and create “stunning” campaigns to bring strong awareness to border crypto community
• Create, fully manage, and execute all social media marketing contents and campaigns
• Being able to represent our company
  • Participate in public events

• Shaping news angles, preparing press materials, and building relationships with journalists at crypto and mainstream publications
• Develop marketing department KPIs that contribute to overall business OKR

MUST-HAVES

• 2-3+ years of marketing experience in the DeFi and NFT space
• Proven capabilities at being the public face of a product e.g. interviews, podcasts, public events
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and storytelling skills to express messages concisely and compellingly
• Capable of writing email newsletters /copy, etc
• A strong alignment to our vision and mission.
