Thirdwave is looking for an experienced leader to join us as our Head of Product. As the leader of our Product org, you’ll be responsible for owning the product life-cycle at Thirdwave, from conceiving, building, and launching user-focused, high-quality products that connect and grow the Web3 community.
What You'll Achieve
- Build and manage a talented, diverse, inclusive team of product managers, engineers, designers, and leaders that consistently delivers on projects and is well-balanced across a range of different skill sets
- Drive product development, leading your team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
- Work closely with the executive leadership to define our product vision and strategy across all product areas, and deliver tangible business outcomes
- Shape the Thirdwave product roadmap, both short term and long-term
- Oversee multiple projects and scale design resources accordingly, ensuring deadlines are met, your org is effective, and team members are set up for success by setting clear and measurable goals
- Execute efficiently in a fast-paced, fluid start-up environment where change is constant and creativity is a must
About You
- Highly empathetic, collaborative, no-ego approach to leadership
- Successful track record of leading an impactful product organization that enabled a category-winning product and business
- Ability to develop senior technical leaders, who are responsible for guiding large teams of product managers, engineers, designers and other leaders
- Role model of cross-functional collaboration and customer orientation, and of leveraging those skills to achieve great results in the presence of ambiguity
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management Experience
- 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
- 2-3+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders
- Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
- Experience presenting to senior executive audiences
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field

- Knowledge of Web3 product ecosystem
