What you’ll do

• Establish and maintain strong banking relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Assist in developing, drafting, and implementing treasury policy that adequately controls treasury activities and supporting the smooth running of the daily operations
• Weekly and monthly deposit and withdrawal reconciliation
• Monthly wallet and bank reconciliation
• Monitor and forecast cash flow positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations
• Fixed deposits management
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of banking and crypto transactions and maintain proper documentation
• Other ad hoc and administrative duties as per assigned

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience. Ideally minimum 1 to 2 years of treasury experience
• Working knowledge of banking products, services, financial instruments. Would prefer to also have basic knowledge on cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
• Ideally have a strong network of banking connections and relationships
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in the banking and crypto industry
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-cultural fintech environment
• Independent, self-motivated, excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and have the spirit to expand the treasury function of the business
