Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product development of an entirely new exchange that offers both spot and derivative trading (Perpetual Swaps).
• Drive our exchange to achieve high growth & user adoption.
• Collaborate with Chief Product Officer to find integrations/synergies between our new exchange and the existing Pintu app.
• Grow a highly effective and efficient team of product managers to build, iterate, and maintain our new exchange.
• Ensure clear and well-documented product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and product documentation (PRDs, user stories, functional specs, the logic flows, etc.).
• Understand potential customers’ needs and competitors’ offerings to ensure we create the best exchange for our customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager.
• Minimum 2 years of experience building / handling Product Management for cryptocurrency exchange.
• Have a deep understanding of the internal mechanics of cryptocurrency exchanges and financial trading systems.
• Experienced in creating product specs for building a world-class exchange, such as a matching engine, liquidation engine, and risk management system.
• Deep knowledge of trading experience and financial products (especially on margin and futures products).
• The high degree of initiative to work collaboratively across the team and independently.
• Familiarity with lean and agile models and ability to adapt processes as needed for a remote team
