Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling and personalized messages that resonate with the target audience, fostering genuine connections and initiating meaningful conversations.
  • Maintain an organized outreach schedule, track communication, and follow up consistently to nurture relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, networking best practices, and LinkedIn's algorithm changes to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Analyze and report on outreach performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist, Business Development Representative, or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn's platform, features, and algorithm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft engaging and personalized messages.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple outreach streams.
